A popular Issue can reveal real friction, but it does not prove willingness to pay. Use these leads for interviews, validation and product discovery.

FROM SIGNAL TO ACTION

A 3-step validation sprint

Use the evidence as a starting point, then verify the problem before building.

  1. 1. Read the threadIdentify who has the problem and the workaround they use today.
  2. 2. Contact five usersAsk about frequency, cost and what they already tried.
  3. 3. Test one narrow fixOffer a manual or lightweight solution before writing a full product.

Still can't figure out how to get v3 to actually perform work.

Observed in ruvnet/ruflo · TypeScript · MIT

What the reporter described: First off, let me commend the contributors for an amazing, product, and from what I see in the v3 docs, this looks like a pretty fantastic rewrite. But to be honest, I've been very confused when trying to use v3. Should it have command compatibility with 2.7.x to some degree? I'm able to spawn a hive mind or start a…

Daemon event loop saturates at scale: per-seat tmux polling (transcripts, structural, identity) spawns ~300 processes/s; transcript config leaks into seat env

Observed in mvschwarz/openrig · TypeScript · Apache-2.0

What the reporter described: With the default / , the daemon spawns one per seat every 2s. Each async spawn blocks the main thread in (fork, then a blocking read on the exec-status pipe), and that cost grows with RSS: 0.8 ms at 60 MB, 12–20 ms at 1 GB (repro attached). With 90 seats the loop saturates: healthz times out, the accept queue fills,…

[FEAT] For opencode, could we have a option of instead of choosing model for team members, choosing agent for each team members.

Observed in 777genius/agent-teams-ai · TypeScript · AGPL-3.0

What the reporter described: Summary So currently, as the docs shows(and my understanding, correct me if I understand wrong), is to manually select the models for the team members, but for some opencode user like me, the opencode extension Oh-My-Openagent had extended numbers of type of agent for opencode. So, What I want, is to instead only can…

[BUG] Prompt is not always returned after agents receive messages

Observed in awslabs/cli-agent-orchestrator · Python · Apache-2.0

What the reporter described: When using inter-agent messaging extensively it often happens that the message gets printed to the agent prompt, but return isn't sent or received correctly, leading the agent to hang and needing human tmux intervention to send the return to get the agent processing the message. Provider: Kiro CLI

Proposal: an OpenRig Claude Code mod in each Claude seat, so delivery and status don't go through the terminal

Observed in mvschwarz/openrig · TypeScript · Apache-2.0

What the reporter described: Claude Code 2.1.288 added mods (early access): a plugin of function hooks that runs inside the Claude session and can call into it. OpenRig already writes each Claude seat's launch line, so it could load one per seat with . In #48 you explain that the terminal is effectively the API: wake-ups, handoffs and reminders…

Feature: max_concurrent_seats parameter

Observed in mvschwarz/openrig · TypeScript · Apache-2.0

What the reporter described: Add a configurable limit on concurrent seats, e.g. in the RigSpec (or a host-level daemon setting). The daemon enforces the cap: beyond the limit should queue a pending seat instead of failing or spawning it. Queued seats start automatically when a slot frees, and / the TUI should show them as .

How opportunities are ranked

The evidence score combines capped, diminishing-return discussion, positive reactions, unresolved duration and the underlying project’s Radar Score. This prevents one repeatedly commented thread from overwhelming independent signals. Maintenance-only tickets, dependency dashboards, CI failures and release checklists are filtered out. Rankings are independent and never paid placements.
